Howard Baron - Development Director

Howard founded Sherwood Estates in 2006 and has an extensive background in the construction sector. As managing director, Howard oversees all projects and day-to-day running of the business.

With a background in carpentry and general building Chris has a comprehensive knowledge of construction and site management. Chris has been working in construction since 2003.

Jon Baron MRICS - Project Manager

Jon has been working within the property sector since leaving university where he studied Property Management and Investment. Jon is a chartered member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) which assists in his daily role of project management.
